Its creamy, uniform texture allows for perfect smoothing and stability. It maintains its stability even at extreme temperatures (can be frozen).
Method of use:
It should be left to cool in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours, to reach 5/7 °C before whipping, thus achieving greater stability. Whip at medium speed in a cold, dry bowl until the desired consistency is achieved.
Any whipped cream that is not going to be used should be kept in the refrigerator and can be whipped again later without altering the preparation. Once whipped, the product is stable when frozen and thawed.
It has a slightly milky flavour, without being greasy or leaving a residual taste in the mouth. Thanks to its white colour, it is ideal for adding colourings, with excellent results. It can be coloured and flavoured. Ideal for delicious fillings, mix it with cocoa, custard, flavourings, colourings, chocolate, coffee, pastries, liqueurs, fruit juices, etc.
