Preparation method:
- Work all ingredients at room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 150 °C (140 °C with fan).
- Place the butter in a bowl and beat with a flat beater for 3–4 minutes at low speed.
- Add the eggs and the mix, then beat for 5 minutes at medium speed.
- Grease a 25 cm pan with release spray and pour in the batter.
- Bake for 60 minutes in the center of the preheated oven.
