How to prepare:
Prepare all ingredients at room temperature. Mix by hand 150 g of the mixture with 100 ml of water, and leave to stand at room temperature for one hour. Beat 180 g of softened butter for 2 minutes until creamy. Add half of the softened butter to the mixture, mixing until completely absorbed. Add the rest of the butter and mix for another 5 minutes at high speed. Store the final result at room temperature in a dry place, avoiding heat sources and temperature changes.
