How to prepare it:
Make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature. Heat the oven to 180°C (convection oven, 160°C).
For 20-24 cupcakes, beat 500 g of the mixture, 250 g of butter and 5 eggs (size M, approx. 250 g) for 4 minutes at low speed, until a smooth dough is formed.
Distribute paper cupcakes in a muffin tin and pour the dough with a spoon over the cupcakes (about halfway up). Bake the cupcakes in the preheated oven for approx. 18 minutes.
For mini cupcakes: With 500 g of the cupcake preparation you can make approx. 40-48 mini cupcakes. Bake the mini cupcakes for approx. 12-15 minutes.
Plumcake (25 cm): Bake the cake at 150-160°C (convection oven) for approx. 60-70 minutes. Tip: add a touch of salt and/or a flavour, e.g. lemon or orange.
