Preparation method:
Preheat the oven to 185°C (fan oven, 165°C).
For 12 muffins, mix 500 g of product with 165 g of vegetable oil (165 ml), e.g. peanut oil, 95 ml of water in a bowl and 3 eggs (150 g), and mix everything on low speed for 5 minutes until you have a smooth batter.
Add the filling of your choice, e.g. baking-resistant chocolate, blueberries, banana or nuts. Place 12 paper cases in a muffin tin. Fill each case to the brim with the batter.
Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for approx. 23 minutes until golden brown.
