You can use them to make drops or cake drip, little drops or lines on pralines or lollipops, and they are also perfect for covering biscuits, fruit, and much more! They are ideal for making any sweet decoration.
These "Yellow" Deco Melts have a delicious creamy white chocolate flavour. You can easily colour them with chocolate-friendly food colourings.
Melt in the microwave or in a water bath. They can be melted several times without any problems, and you don't need extra cocoa butter, as they have an ideal thickness for the melting process.
For microwave: Melt at max. 500W in a bowl. Stir well every 15-20 seconds. Stop heating when the melted Melts have almost completely melted (there will still be small fragments of Melts left). Continue stirring until the Melts are soft and completely melted and use for whatever you want.
Leave to harden in the fridge for best results (10-15 min.).
For a finer result add a few drops of vegetable oil. For a thicker result add a few drops of water (if water is used the Melts cannot be reheated).
