Vanilla flavoured sugar paste. Very flexible, soft and easy to use due to its fine structure, hardening completely after processing.
Method of use:
- Allow the sugar paste to reach room temperature. Knead the sugar paste firmly until smooth and elastic.
- Sprinkle the work surface with a little icing sugar and roll out the fondant with a rolling pin into an even shape (2-3 mm thick). Turn the sugar paste a couple of times to prevent it from sticking.
- Do small cracks still appear at the edges when rolling out the fondant? Knead again firmly until the edges are smooth when rolled out. Then the sugar paste is ready to use.
Composition:
Sugar (79%), vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm), glucose syrup, water, humectant (E-422), thickener (E-415, E-466), emulsifier (E-471), preservative (E-200), thickener (E-330), natural flavouring, colouring (E-102, E-129, E-133, E-153, E-172).
Colouring agents E-102 and E-129 may have negative effects on activity and attention in children.

Gluten free. May contain traces of almonds.
