Funcakes preparation with which you can easily make your own delicious and fluffy doughnuts.

Preparation method:

For best results prepare in deep fryer. All ingredients must be at room temperature. 
Knead 500 g of the preparation, 215 ml water and 65 ml (55 g) vegetable oil with a hook mixer for 5 minutes. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm. Cut the doughnuts and leave to stand for 25 minutes. 

Preheat the fryer to 180°C or the oven to 200°C (convention oven to 180°C):

  • Fryer: Fry the doughnuts for approximately 90 seconds on each side until golden brown.
  • Oven: Place the doughnuts on a doughnut tray and bake for approx. 12 minutes until lightly browned. Brush the donuts with melted butter and decorate to taste.
