For optimal use of Pastkolor edible ink for Epson printers, please follow these instructions:
-
Filling the ink: Using a syringe, carefully fill the printer's ink tank. Be cautious not to spill ink or leave air bubbles in the tank.
-
Initial printer setup: Launch the printer setup program and follow the manual’s instructions. When you reach the “Pressure test/Nozzle check” step, do not perform it. Cancel the process at this point and turn off the printer.
-
Ink stabilization: Leave the printer switched off for at least one day—preferably over the weekend—so the ink can stabilize. This ensures optimal print quality.
-
Print test: Turn the printer back on. Perform a print test/nozzle check to verify print quality and functionality.
-
Important note: If the print result is unsatisfactory or any issues occur, repeat steps 3 and 4.
Warnings: Do not use more than 3.5 g of edible ink per 1 kg of edible paper in accordance with EU Regulation 1333/2008.
