Fondant with a fine and smooth texture, with a rich and subtle vanilla flavour. Thanks to its great flexibility it does not crack and allows us to model figures and cover cakes with ease, obtaining a fine and shiny finish. It is also ideal for creating flowers, adding a little CMC for extra stiffness.
It does not stick, which makes it easy to knead it as many times as necessary without it sticking to the tools used or to the work surface. It is recommended to work on mats or plastic surfaces, and thus avoid sprinkling icing sugar.
Composition:
Sugar, glucose syrup, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (sunflower oil, and fully hydrogenated sunflower oils), water, stabilisers (E-422, E-466), emulsifier (E-473), anti-caking agent (E-551), acidifier (E-334), preservative (E-202) and flavouring.

Gluten free. E-171 free. May contain traces of milk and soya.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature, away from sources of light and heat. It is recommended to store in a tightly closed plastic container, to prevent the sugar paste from drying out.
