Sugarflair dyes are known for their strong and vibrant colours and you can add a reasonable amount without changing the consistency of the product you areworking with.
If you use a small amount you can get soft pastel colours. But if you want something stronger, more vibrant, then add the paste little by little to achieve the shade you want.
They can also be used as edible paint.
Note that some of these gels are thicker in viscosity and can sometimes give a dry cracking effect. This can be avoided by adding a few drops of hot water and mixing well.

Bell Blue: E-422 vegetable glycerine, E-1520 propylene glycol, E-551 silicon dioxide, colouring agents E-122, E-133 and E-171.
Cherry Red: E-422 vegetable glycerine, E-1520 propylene glycol, E-551 silicon dioxide, colouring agents E-122, E-124 and E-171.
Kiwi: E-422 vegetable glycerine, E-1520 propylene glycol, E-551 silicon dioxide, colouring agents E-102, E-104, E-133 and E-171.
Orange: vegetable glycerine E-422, propylene glycol E-1520, silicon dioxide E-551, dyestuffs E-110 and E-171.
Magenta: vegetable glycerine E-422, propylene glycol E-1520, silicon dioxide E-551, colouring agents E-122, E-133 and E-171.
