The Sugarflair airbrush colour range is based on ethanol, which means you can spray on a wide range of different edible and non-edible media, including chocolate.
It provides great coverage on a wide variety of media, including: sugar/fondant paste, modelling paste, chocolate and modelling chocolate, flower paste, marzipan and some non-food materials such as salt clay.
Composition:
- Black: water, 18% ethanol, E-555, colouring agents (E-102, E-124, E-133 and E-171).
- Blue: water, 18% ethanol, E-555, colouring agents (E-171, E-122 and E-133).
- Red: water, 18% ethanol, E-555, dyes (E-171, E-104 and E-124).
- Green: water, 18% ethanol, E-555, dyes (E-171, E-102).
- Yellow: water, 18% ethanol, E-555, dyes (E-171 and E-102).
- White: water, 18% ethanol, E-555, dyes (E-171).
- Silver: water, 18% ethanol, E-555, dyes (E-171 and E-172).
- Gold: water, 18% ethanol, E-555, dyes (E-171 and E-133).
Dyes E-102, E-104, E-122 and E-124 can have negative effects on the activity and attention of children.
