Pastkolor fondant has a citrus flavour, it is ideal for modelling and covering cakes, even when spread very thinly, preventing it from breaking or tearing. The texture of the sugar mass is elastic and stable, making the surface dry slower, ideal for models that require a longer processing time, without causing unwanted cracks or wrinkles.
It is suitable for refrigeration, allowing our creations to be tempered without the sugar paste losing moisture, preventing it from sweating.

Sugar, cornstarch, glucose, hydrogenated vegetable palm fat, xanthan gum (E-415), stabilizer (E-420), preservative (E-202), colorant (E-122 and E-155), lemon flavours.
